Dominion Freight Line Goes Green

The motor carrier recently added 7,500 solar panels on the roof of its headquarters in Thomasville, NC.

Dominion Freight Line will be reducing their carbon footprint while also cutting the building’s energy costs by 90 percent.

To celebrate the construction of the third largest roof-mounted solar panel system in the state of North Carolina, the motor carrier will host an open house (with tours of the system) on Monday, September 24 at Old Dominion’s Vault Logistics warehouse building located at 100 Don Truell Lane in Thomasville, N.C. from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
