TLC, Oracle Partner To Launch Innovative TMS

Zeeland, MI: TLC (Total Logistic Control) has launched TM-ONE, a scalable transportation management system based on Oracle’s TM.

The new system enables customers to not only customize the dashboard reporting system, but also to realize savings by leveraging SUPERVALU’s enormous transportation enterprise for more streamlined, cost-efficient transportation planning.

In 2006, TLC managed over 500 million miles, covering 48 states and all modes of ground transportation.

“We believe TM-ONE has the power to transform the way transportation companies do business. With fuel prices rising, we have to keep innovating new ways to remain competitive in a business where profit margins are tight. TM-ONE offers this type of solution,” says Bob Koerner, TLC’s CEO.

The TM-ONE system is accessible to firms of all sizes and offers mid-sized shippers the option of an affordable TM solution. The system is designed to improve a shipper’s financial performance from the moment of their very first shipment.
