Print ArticleRomeoville, IL: Kennedy Transportation Inc., a privately held, asset-based dry and refrigerated truckload carrier is the honored recipient of the “Globe and Spear Award,” which is the highest honor bestowed on employees and vendors of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.
The world’s largest chewing gum and confection manufacturer, headquartered in Chicago, presented the award to Frank Galman, executive vice president of Kennedy Transportation at a recent ceremony, in recognition for excellence in performance as a truckload carrier. This was the second year in a row that Kennedy was presented with the award. Kennedy Transportation serves refrigerated food manufacturers and dry freight shippers nationwide.
