Grand opening celebrations for Ohio's first Fresh Thyme Farmers Market will be held in the Dublin community Wednesday, Aug. 13 with doors opening at 7 a.m. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a new specialty grocer with focus on healthy and organic products and a strong community bond by working with local vendors to put their products on the shelves. The store will be located at 6670 Sawmill Road in Columbus.
"Fresh Thyme is honored to be welcomed by the community in Dublin," CEO Chris Sherrell shared. "This grand opening celebration is one way for Fresh Thyme to introduce ourselves to our new neighbors by providing a fun, family outing."
The grand opening celebration will start at 6:45 a.m. with the Dublin Chamber of Commerce on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony. The celebration will be filled with events for the entire family including face painting, balloon animals, food sampling and children's entertainment. Additional events are scheduled to continue throughout the week.
"Fresh Thyme offers a bountiful produce department, with many items locally grown," Sherrell said. "Providing the Dublin community an exciting place to shop local and live healthy is our goal."
