Chainalytics Acquires Australian Supply Chain And Logistics Firm Logiworx

Since 2009, Chainalytics and Logiworx have partnered in multiple supply chain management projects in the Asia-Pacific region.

Chainalytics, a global supply chain consulting and intelligence company with offices across North America and Europe, acquired Sydney, Australia-based Logiworx. Since 2009, Chainalytics and Logiworx have partnered in multiple supply chain management projects in the Asia-Pacific region. The acquisition strengthens Chainalytics’ presence in one of the fastest growing areas of the world, according to the company. Chainalytics also gains expertise in verticals such as mining, metals, oil and gas, as well as extending capacity in supply management and procurement of direct and indirect materials.

Chainalytics will center its Asia-Pacific operational division around the Logiworx practice. Logiworx partner and co-founder Tim Foster will remain with the firm and take on the role of managing director at Chainalytics for Asia-Pacific. “I am looking forward to building out Chainalytics’ Asia-Pacific footprint, including adding a Singapore office by the middle of the year,” said Foster.

“Joining Chainalytics furthers our goals of providing world-class service at scale to leading organizations,” said Bruce Myers, partner and co-founder of Logiworx. “It’s a natural step forward for our existing clients and our talented team.”

Logiworx’ experience includes engagements with global companies and brands including Clorox, Nissan, LG, Komatsu and others.

“Logiworx has an impressive consulting track record in supply chain design, transportation, logistics and S&OP,” said J. Michael Kilgore, president and CEO of Chainalytics. “They are an outstanding extension of our brand of forward-thinking, fast-moving, best-in-class supply chain consultants.”
