Food Companies May Soon Have to Prove Sustainability

According to Dr. Nigel Davies, the manufacturing and sustainability director at malt and grain producer Muntons, food ingredient firms and suppliers alike will have to actually prove their methods are sustainable just to get their foot in the door with food manufacturers in the future.

Davies predicts in an article with Food Manufacturer-UK that in just three to five years companies will need to provide concrete examples and figures and show the steps and benefits they've taken to be sustainable. To read more, click HERE.
