Swipe Fee Settlement Bad for Business

NRA is the latest to testify against the credit card industry's settlement


The National Restaurant Association gave testimony before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York last week, and strongly objected to the proposed settlement in ongoing litigation over credit-card interchange swipe fees.
