Logistics company Gumro and Associates recently introduced the launch of its Accurate Scanning Technology smart phone app. The smart phone app is programmed to provide scanning and data collection with the use of a smart phone. The app is also able to collect data for reporting and proof of deliveries. "The iPhone app is able to do what conventional hand held scanners can for a fraction of the price," said Jim Gumro president and CEO of Gumro and Associates.
