396 Positron Case Packer
Standard-Knapp’s 396 Positron Case Packer allows for smoother and faster packing of carbonated, non-carbonated and hot filled PET bottles into corrugated trays or plastic shells. The Case Packer comes equipped with an Overhead Flight Grouper that provides accurate, positive product control and bottle packing. The machine’s continuous motion ensures gentle product handling, while the stainless steel frame, shafts and hardware reduce maintenance.
Powered by two 1-horsepower motors, the Positron is capable of processing speeds of up to 60 trays per minute. The PLC-controlled Variable Frequency Drives, which automatically adjust to changing line speeds, ensure smooth product flow.
