The Stellar Group, based in Jacksonville, FL, began construction of a new Nestle processing and distribution center in Anderson, IN, last month. The 880,000-square-foot facility will handle Nesquik Ready-To-Drink and Coffee-Mate Liquid products. Construction is due for completion in mid-2008…Snack foods maker TH Foods, Loves Park, IL, is spending $3.6 million for a new 67,000-square-foot warehouse and production facility upgrades… Over the next few months, Ahold’s U.S. Foodservice division in Columbia, MD, will spend $16 million to add 98,000 square feet to a distribution center in Zebulon, NC, bringing the total size of the facility to 373,000 square feet.
